Epilepsy - Fits / Seizures

Hi I m Pooja Saxena and I am suffering from Epilepsy since 1994-95.
It was my first attack of epilepsy when I was 8 year old. My parents took me to medical college of Jhansi and there doctor declared me a patient of Epilepsy by EEG findings. Then my parents started my treatment by Dr V.K Srivastava a Neurosurgeon. After taking a regular treatment for 5yrs and various pathological reports and C.T Scan, Dr stopped my treatment. I was feeling better BUT again I had an attack when I was 15 yr old i.e. after 9months of stopping my treatment. Then I was again given the higher dose of Epilepsy medicine prescribed by same Doctor and simultaneously by a Doctor in AIIMS. They both stopped my treatment after 5yr. After 2 months I again suffered with low B.P problem and fits both. Then I ran towards a Neuro physician in Agra. But it was first time that I suffered fits and low BP during his treatment and then my parents brought me to Dr. A.K.Gupta a senior Homeopathic consultant and simultaneously Dr S.C Jain epilepsy specialist. I came to Dr.Gupta on 30th May 2009, having severe Anxiety, Grinding of teeth and even Salivation at night along with the strong instances of epileptiform fits. My EEG report of May-2009 read as – “Abnormal awake EEG, showing 5-6Hz, 200-300 micro volts. Generalized and Paroxysmal epileptiform discharges & Post-ictal slow wave suggestive of Generalized Epilepsy.” With continuous treatment of Homoeopathy Now I am feeling much relief as my anxiety levels are almost gone, there is no grinding of teeth at night and even minimum salivation at night, that too very rarely. I used to moan also while sleeping which also has now reduced tremendously. My health in general has also improved but occasinally I face low BP problem in stressful conditions. However during treatment I have not had any fits and I am hopeful that I will not suffer any attack after completing my treatment. The best part about Homoeopathy is that there are no side effects. In a nutshell I can say that homeopathic treatment is better than allopathic treatment and any chronic disease can be controlled through this pathy. It is a long but permanent curable treatment of any disease. Patient should have patience during this treatment and have faith in doctor.
